This fonds contains four series: Institutional Documents, Financial Records, Memorabilia and Correspondence. It includes the choir’s constitution, meeting minutes, reports, financial records, keepsakes and letters. This material covers the breadth of the choir’s transactions.
This fonds contains Minute Books of meetings of the South African War Veterans Association of Moose Jaw, documentation of the finances of the association as well as correspondence between the association and its members. The minute books also include correspondence between the Association and other organizations or local government. Throughout the fonds are various newspaper clippings concerning members of the association.

This fonds contains Lieutenant T. M Morgan’s photo album of the timber operation by No. 106 Company, Canadian Forestry Corps during the First World War. The photographs were taken in Knockando, Moray-shire, Scotland. Most of the photographs are labeled. T. M. Morgan is the first on the left of the last row of the unlabeled group photo.
This collection contains 26 copies of The Collegiate Outlook from 1906-1914. The Collegiate Outlook was a school magazine published from November to March by the Literary Society of the Moose Jaw High School. It contains essays and jokes written by students, as well as meeting minutes of the Literary Society. These issues were mailed to Mrs. Roy E. This collection consists of 48 volumes of the 51 part series entitled ‘The Great War: I Was There!’. Parts 13, 18 and 47 are missing from this collection. The series chronicles WWI through firsthand accounts of the war. The series contains original pieces as well as excerpts from other media.
This collection is comprised of The Study Club’s yearly programs from 1925-1953. The programs provide details about their meetings, such as date, topic, hostess and leader. The programs also offer lists of club officers and members.
