This fonds contains material concerning the withdrawal of librarians from the Employee's Union, the Association of Professional Librarians, and the Committee on the Status of Librarians, as well as information concerning the Instructional Resources Centre, the Reference and Serials departments, the Archives, the Education Resource Centre, acquisitions, and Canadian Library Week.

This fonds contains a number of files concerning feminism and the status of women, including the Federal Government Advisory Council and the Saskatchewan Action Committee on the Status of Women. There are also several subject files containing pamphlets on topics such as family planning, marriage contracts, rape, sex stereotyping, and women in education, politics, religion, and the labour force. There are files on women in Canadian universities, the Saskatoon Business and Professional Women's Association, International Women's Year, Florence Howe, Edith Rowles Simpson, and the Saskatchewan Conference on Children. The fonds contains various publications, including "Federal Services for Women," "Status of Women News," "Towards Equality for Women," "Continuum," "Upstream," and "Canadian Newsletter of Research on Women" (later known as "Resources for Feminist Research"). This fonds also contains a binder of publications and ephemera from Saskatchewan's Golden Jubilee (1955).

This fonds contains material relating to the writing and production of four books on radiation chemistry over the period 1960 to 1994. When it appeared, An Introduction to Radiation Chemistry by J.W.T. Spinks and R.J. Woods was the first textbook in English to attempt to bring the various strands of radiation chemistry in one place. Revised editions were published in 1976 and 1990. In 1994 R.J. Woods and A.K. Pikaev collaborated to publish Applied Radiation Chemistry: Radiation Processing. In addition to illustrating the advancements in radiation chemistry over four decades, the material also illustrates the advancing technology available to scientific writers over the period 1960 to 1993.

The collection contains scanned copies of black and white photographs belonging to Florence Bohn. The original dates for the photographs range from 1955 to 1960. Five photographs contain images of the Beatty schoolhouse and students. Historically important images include a photograph of Governor General Vincent Massey's visit to Melfort, Saskatchewan in 1955. The photographs were scanned ca. 2003 at 300 dpi with 16 million colours.

The fonds consists of minutes, publications and other records relating to the Regina Council of Churches. Contents include: a 1962 constitution, clippings relating to the 1964 Peace Fair; minutes (1955-1967); correspondence (1960-1972); earlier records associated with the Secretary, E.L. WIlson (1955-1967); and various other materials.

This fonds contains personal correspondence relating both to McNamee's art, and his work in human rights. In addition, there is considerable reference material documenting both his work, and the work of others, within the art community and for the Coalition for Human Equality. The material on CHE not only provides extensive documentation of that organizations work in Saskatoon and particularly, in the first fight to have the province's human rights legislation amended; but also contains documentation from similar organizations across Canada.

This collection of correspondence was predominantly written by Horace Wickenden (one note was written by Margaret Wickenden) to friends Ivan and Marjorie Logan. The letters reflect Wickenden’s views on current events, both global and national, with some emphasis on Canadian politics. In them, he also discusses books he has read; philosophy; reflects on teaching and education; and to some extent, relates daily activities and events in his life and that of his family. Very little discussion of art and painting are in the letters, although these, too, are occasional topics: particularly with regard to Robert Hurley, an artist Wickenden clearly admired.

Fonds contains one black and white photograph from approximately 1954. The photograph depicts 7 students in front of the Rothwell school. This was one of the last years the school was open. Gerald Fawcett is featured within the photograph.

Yochim’s collecting ranged over a variety of topics and medium. Often, he would take interest in a specific subject and collect everything from articles and clippings to books on the subject, interleaving the former with the latter. He also gathered “collectible” items such as trading cards and magnets on a variety of subjects.

Fonds consists of correspondence, financial statements, patient accounts, budgets, statistics, ledgers, accounting manual, and reports that reflect the financial activities of the Pasqua Hospital. Fonds also includes minutes of the Medical Staff and Department Heads; affiliation agreements between the University of Saskatchewan and the Regina Teaching Hospitals, South Saskatchewan Hospital Centre and Wascana Institute of Applied Arts and Technology (WIAST), and Pasqua Hospital and Queen's University; records of the Health Sciences Library; and construction photographs and other records relating to the regeneration building program.

The material in this fonds documents Berry’s research, writing and teaching career at the University of Western Ontario and University of Saskatchewan, as well as work undertaken on behalf of their Faculty Associations.

The fonds consists of registers kept by Rev. Dingwall, during his time as an ordained minister. Contents include records of baptisms (1954-1959, 1959-1985), marriages (1954-1964, 1965-1971, 1971-1974), and burials (1954-1964, 1964-1976).
