Weaver, at 324 20th Street east (NW corner of 20th and 4th Avenue, being moved to North Park, and the Pendleton Apartments, originally on at 316 22nd Street East (north side, between Third and Fourth Avenues, originally built as a house by Tom Houlding) being moved to Avenue C and 20th Street.
