The fonds consists of textual materials generated by the Presbytery, its secretaries, committees and related bodies, in fulfillment of their responsibilities, as outlined in the Manual of the United Church of Canada.

Contents include: minutes; correspondence; property files; records of the Property Committee, Moose Jaw Pastoral Charges Commission (1930), Committee on Insurance, Boundaries Committee, Historical Committee, and Rural Life Committee; missionary reports from Keeler-Gilroy Mission Field (1953-1955); Pastoral Charge visitation documentation; records regarding the Saddlebag Project (1969-1978); statistics.

The fonds consists of records created and/or collected by the Saskatchewan regional organization of the A.O.T.S. ("As One That Serves" -- a United Church men's organization), its members, sub-groups, and divisions. Saskatchewan Division and Regina Division are among the names noted.

Contents include: minutes from A.O.T.S. meetings and Executive meetings; correspondence with local groups and members; and information about national activities and events.

The collection consists of primarily textual items, published by the Methodist Church in Canada. Contents include published Year Books (with minutes of annual Conferences, statistical reports, station lists, etc.), as well as reports from the Methodist Missionary Society and Department of Social Services and Evangelism.
