They were produced from 1903-1929 and many of the booklets were issued by the Moose Jaw Board of Trade. This material was collected by the Moose Jaw Public Library in their vertical subject files.

Carline, C.D. was the master of ceremonies. The fonds contains the program for the event as well as a typescript of his speech, with handwritten additions and corrections.
