This series contains a history written in 1967, biographies of members, speakers, honorees and award winners. There is material related to the 75th and 100th anniversaries of the Society. There are also newspaper clippings pertaining to the activities, business and people of the Society, and two scrapbooks containing correspondence, newspaper clippings, programs and memorabilia. There are photographs of the 100th anniversary celebrations held in 1984, as well as undated photographs of persons, places and events. There is a slide carousel of 93 slides, with written script of the 100th Anniversary celebration.

It also contains a pamphlet regarding the Lady Aberdeen Library on the History of Women at the University of Waterloo.

This series consists of a Minute Book of the Moose Jaw Fire Department incorporating the dates July 6, 1904 through April 10, 1912. Also included is a Ledger of inventory and accounts of the Fire Department in partial regard to Volunteers dating from 1906 1912. Finally two booklets are included from 1915 titled "Rules and Regulations City of Moose Jaw Fire Department."

This series contains a promotional booklet entitled ‘City of Moose Jaw and Saskatchewan Farm Scenes 1906’. It is comprised of photographs of farm scenes in Moose Jaw and the surrounding area as well as a description of Moose Jaw and its agricultural development. The photographs were taken by Messrs. Porter and Cunningham of Moose Jaw. The booklet was published by the Canadian Promotion Co., Winnipeg. There is an inscription located on the first page that states: ‘To Sister from Bro. William’.
