Contains a) the updated (1940) constitution of the IH Horticultural Society as well as b) the 1940 Saskatchewan "Act respecting Horticultural Societies, c) the Constitution of the Saskatchewan Horticultural Societies' Association and d) the Bylaws of the Saskatchewan Horticultural Association.
The certificate was signed by Minister of Agriculture Alvin Hamilton and Indian Head applicants are named, including Norman M. Ross, John Walker, Mrs. W.H. Gibson and others
