The collection consists of publications relating the Women's Missionary Society of the Presbyterian Church in Canada. The fonds consists of records created and collected by Rev. David Strathy Dix, during his time as an ordained minister. Contents include a notebook recording baptisms performed (1913-1954).

The fonds consists of records created and/or collected by Dr. Ralph, during his time in Saskatchewan. Contents include: records of baptisms, burials, and marriages (1903-1930) from Blaine Lake, Balmoural, and Craigmore.

This collection contains a complete set of the University of Saskatchewan 1939 and 1940 Graduates’ Newsletter, established and produced by Mr. Weber. This newsletter contains information on Engineering alumni, their careers since leaving university, and obituaries.

This fonds contains personal correspondence with family, colleagues, and publishers; prose and music compositions; material pertaining to provincial music associations, festivals, performances, and recitals; etc.

This fonds consists primarily of the research material for and chapter drafts of "The Prairie Builder."

This fonds contains a bound typescript copy of Helen's memoirs, The Unforgotten Years. These memoirs document the Shirriff and Alexander families, and are particularly descriptive of life in Western Canada between the 1860s and 1932.

This fonds documents the friendships, civic and individual concerns, and personal involvement that together, help create and define a sense of community. It contains materials relating to Ruth Horlick's life, the experiences as varied as war and household that impacted upon her, and her extensive friendships. Additionally it documents her commitments to various organizations, including her work with psychiatric patients at Royal University Hospital and the McKerracher Centre, as well as her volunteer work with the Saskatoon Symphony and the Learning Disabilities Association.
