The fonds contains contact confirmation cards collected by the club over the decades of operation. QSL cards are, perhaps, the most visible aspect of this hobby. The radio operator would send a 'confirmation of reception' (or 'QSL' in the ham's Q-code) to a listener who had proof of reception time, date and frequency as well as information on the quality of the signal received. They are proof that a shortwave radio station was heard.
This fonds includes correspondence, program guides, subject files, program logs, and news clippings concerning the programming and operation of the University student radio station.
This fonds contains the minutes, bylaws, annual reports, correspondence, and "historical files" of the Saskatchewan Pharmaceutical Association; to a lesser extent, it also contains material from the Canadian Pharmaceutical Association, and the Canadian Conference of Pharmaceutical Faculties. This fonds also contains prescription books from the Northwest Territories and early Saskatchewan.
This collection contains administrative files from the Dept. of Surgery, including departmental meetings; as well as grants and awards; Dr. Colquhoun's membership in various societies and associations including the Cancer Society and the Saskatchewan Medical Association; and research and lecture notes. There is also a file relating to the Medical Care Commission.
This series contains orders, correspondence, personnel records, minutes, reports, clippings, a photograph album, and two 8mm movie reels, all related to the administration and activities of the COTC.

This fonds contains Professor Eager's files on the Alumni Association, Faculty Association, Canadian Committee on Counselling for Engineering, and radio broadcasts for "The World of Chemistry," as well as personal correspondence and lecture notes. This fonds consists of correspondence, reports, articles, addresses, minutes, course material and notes relating to H.R. Baker’s career and research. There is considerable material regarding the development and delivery of extension programs and adult education in Saskatchewan. Much of the material deals rural and community planning and coping with changing social and economic conditions. This fonds is supplementary and complementary to the official records of the Extension Division.
This fonds contains administrative records, material related to the theatre season, including playscripts, programs, posters, photographs, publicity releases, reviews, and correspondence, as well as resumes of actors, directors and technicians. The records for the seasons covering the period 1972 to 1978 and 1984 to 1986, however, are very sparse. Also included are records relating to other theatres and various agencies and organizations connected with the dramatic arts. Due to the large volume of material, records relating to the play Paper Wheat have been organized into a separate series.
