This fonds consists of the constitution, membership list, and certificate of charter of the Women’s Safety Council Moose Jaw. There are records of projects, correspondence and reports regarding poster contests, newspaper clippings and 2 photographs of their parade float. There is a photocopy of a group photograph. The original photograph was catalogued for the library archives. There is also a “Declaration of Responsibility” set out by the students of Queen Elizabeth School.

This fonds consists of three series. There are membership lists, ledger, bank book, minutes of meetings, correspondence, newsletters, shipping orders and schedules, and promotional material of the Moose Jaw Film Council during the 1950's and 1960's. Minutes and reports of the Southern Saskatchewan Federation of Film Councils during the 1960's, and constitution, bylaws, and conference report of the Film Council of Saskatchewan, 1948.

This fonds consists of a membership roster, 1906, minutes of trustee meetings, 1909, and records of births, baptisms, confirmations, immigration dates, marriages, received members, removed members, and deaths, from 1906 to some entries being made in 1975.

This fonds reflects the organization’s work to further develop the economic climate in Moose Jaw. It includes eleven series: Correspondence, Financial records, Committees, Quarterly and Annual Meetings, Tourism, Membership, Events and Courses, Facility, Water Associations, Canadian Chamber of Commerce and General Business. The type of records in this fonds include correspondence, minutes, briefs, receipts, financial statements and other reports. For the most part, these records were arranged by year and then by file name.

This fonds consists of minutes of meetings from 1921-1955, members register, 1921-1957, a debenture and rental register, 1921-1944 , a list of the lands charged as security debentures, 1929-1955 of the Tuxford Rural Telephone Company, bills and receipts, 1921-1926, tax notices and receipts, an employee’s work/expense log and a blueprint for extension plans.

This fonds consists of a copy of the Auxiliary constitution and by-laws, minutes of meetings from 1958 to 1973, two guest registers from tea parties and a program for “Pots and Pans” musical presented by the organization.
