IV. Committees

This series consists of agendas, minutes, reports, etc. of the meetings of various gallery committees.

IX. Finances

This series contains a variety of documents pertaining to the financial operations and activities of the gallery.

V. Newsletter

This series is comprised of copies of the gallery's newsletter.

VI. Day Books

These books contain instructions to "sitters" looking after the gallery, and record activities undertaken, names of visitors, orders and requests for items, sales, etc.

VII. Subject Files

This series consists of correspondence, minutes, reports, financial and employment documents, performance proposals, resumes and biographical sketches, records relating to property management and other societies and organizations, publicity materials, etc.

This series contains applications and accounts pertaining to operating and special expenses

X. Exhibitions

This series consists of correspondence, curriculum vitae and resumes, project proposals, publicity and promotional material, slides and photographs of individuals and groups as well as works of art, etc. in connection with a variety of exhibitions, performances and workshops at the gallery. Many Canadian and international artists, performers, writers, etc. are represented.

XI. Extension Activities

Similar to the Exhibition series, this series consists of correspondence, curriculum vitae and resumes, project proposals, publicity and promotional material, slides and photographs of individuals and groups as well as works of art, etc. in connection with a variety of exhibitions, performances and workshops at the gallery. Many Canadian and international artists, performers, writers, etc. are represented.

XII. Publicity

This series consists of press releases, news clippings, programmes, posters, announcements, etc. pertaining to various activities undertaken by the gallery.

XIII. ANNPAC

This series contains agendas and minutes, memoranda and correspondence, reports, etc. pertaining to the activities of the Association.

Subject Files

This series contains correspondence covering areas of interest to Dr. Morton such as the Canadian North-West Historical Society, the Historic Sites and Monuments Board, the Hudson's Bay Company, International Geographical Union, other universities, the Presbyterian Church, the Provincial Archives, the Provincial Trust for Holding Sites of Historic Interest, the Public Archives of Canada, the Royal Society of Canada, the Saskatchewan Historical Society and Association, the U of S, students and Western Canadian History.

Manuscripts

This series contains Professor Morton's handwritten and typewritten manuscripts of books, reviews and articles which he prepared for publication. Most of the manuscripts include notes and corrections which Dr. Morton entered on the manuscript copies and there are also some memoranda relating to the writing and publication of particular articles. The subject matter deals primarily with the history of Western Canada.
