This fonds contains the union membership book of William Koznuk. It includes the union’s constitution, information about death benefits, advice and paid dues stamps. Koznuk was an employee at Const. & Gen. Lab in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The book was housed in a black plastic pouch with the union’s emblem.

This collection contains one oversize scrapbook mailed to King Edward School in 1951. The scrapbook was sent from St. Edmund’s School, Mansfield Woodhouse, Mansfield, Nottingham, Wales. The scrapbook was sent in response to King Edward School sending a scrapbook to St. Edmund’s School. The scrapbook includes pictures, drawings and information about the town and school.

This collection contains programs from the Moose Jaw Festival of Music and Dance. It contains some programs prior to the addition of dance to the festival, but the majority of the material is from after the dance portion of the competition was added.

This fonds consists of three series. There are membership lists, ledger, bank book, minutes of meetings, correspondence, newsletters, shipping orders and schedules, and promotional material of the Moose Jaw Film Council during the 1950's and 1960's. Minutes and reports of the Southern Saskatchewan Federation of Film Councils during the 1960's, and constitution, bylaws, and conference report of the Film Council of Saskatchewan, 1948.

This fonds contains material about the All Saints Church in Middlesbrough, England. It includes histories of the church as well as Father Burn, a newspaper clipping about the church, and photographs of the church. It appears as though this material was mailed to Wild as the material also contains an envelope addressed to Mr. G. Wild from Middlesbrough, England.

This fonds contains photograph albums and dance uniform schedules of the dances that Ken and Joyce Lee were involved in.

This fonds contains one series consisting of several scrapbooks kept by Philip H. West from 1944 to 1957. They contain invitations and letters to Mr. and Mrs. West, newspaper clippings concerning the couple, relatives or friends. Also included are diplomas and certificates presented to Mr. and Mrs. West, programs of events, various pictures, greeting cards and postcards, brochures of tourist sites, water colour paintings done by Philip West and memorabilia of the Royal Family of the United Kingdom.

This fonds consists of two copies of the 1944-1945 Monarch Hockey Club yearbook.
