The fonds contains contact confirmation cards collected by the club over the decades of operation. QSL cards are, perhaps, the most visible aspect of this hobby. The radio operator would send a 'confirmation of reception' (or 'QSL' in the ham's Q-code) to a listener who had proof of reception time, date and frequency as well as information on the quality of the signal received. They are proof that a shortwave radio station was heard.

Fonds consists of books, articles, book reviews, published and unpublished essays, and translations by economist, Dr. Anatol Murad. Also included are Dr. Murad's Curriculum Vitae, passports, and photograph.

This fonds contains reference material, correspondence, reports, manuscripts, maps and research data relating to Dr. Chakravarti's research, teaching, and administrative career. Included are correspondence relating to, and manuscripts of, many of Chakravarti's published articles. Dr. Chakravarti has published widely in the following fields: synoptic climatology; precipitation patterns, drought and dust storms on the Canadian prairies; and agricultural and foods problems in India. The administrative series contains material relating to the restructuring of the Geography graduate program in the 1980s and to the appointments made in the department. The teaching series includes lecture notes, exams and assignments, and student evaluations.

The fonds contains 16 black and white photographs that originally belonged to Perley Fennell's personal collection. They date from between May of 1928 to April of 1934. One photograph features Donald McLaughlin standing near a house. The remaining photographs feature the Melfort dam and reservoir in various stages of thaw and flooding.

Fonds consists of personal and professional papers created by Saskatchewan poet and writer, Anne Campbell. The papers are arranged in twelve series reflecting her numerous interests and activities: Arts/Cultural Organizations; Clippings; Correspondence files; Educational Institutions; Employment files; Exhibition Brochures/Invitations/Programs; Interests; Personal files; Photographs; Professional Organizations; Publications/Writings/Drafts by Anne Campbell; and Publications/ Writings/Drafts by others. Of particular interest is the extensive series of correspondence with family, relatives, friends, writers, artists, and colleagues, as well as drafts, manuscripts, reviews, and published versions of her writings. Taken together with her calendars, diaries, notes, and photographs these papers provide personal insights into Anne Campbell and the development of her work. Beyond that, files relating to the numerous cultural and professional organizations with which she was involved, especially the Saskatchewan Writer's Guild, the Writers union of Canada, and the League of Canadian poets, cast light on the craft of writing and creating poetry in Saskatchewan and on the milieu in which those activities occur. Additionally, files relating to local cultural groups, including an extensive series on Heritage Regina, provide evidence of the local cultural scene.

This fonds contains materials related to Anne Szumigalski’s writing.

This fonds consists of materials created and accumulated by the Anthropologists Among US campaign. There are some student meeting notes and correspondence but the bulk of the material is presentations, reports, and correspondence written by University administrators and faculty related to a Systematic Program Review of Anthropology.

The Antoinette Moreau collection contains photographs that depict the family and friends of Antoinette Moreau and offer a look into the way of life of the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation.

This collection contains several files relating to horticulture, soil studies, shelter belts and prairie perennials. It also includes files of articles and addresses, and newspaper clippings, as well as biographical information and Brown's personal correspondence.

This fonds contains files relating to Professor Byers research in Northern Saskatchewan and Manitoba, specifically Amisk, Wildnest, Annabel, Waddy, Neagle, Face, Errington, Black and Pillow lakes; Flin Flon; and Missi Island.

This fonds contains questionnaire forms from a survey of individual Winnipeg homes carried out between May and July of 1949. They contain information such as number of occupants, type of heating used, etc. There are also graph analysis of insulation tests carried out on behalf of the National Research Council (NRC) in 1929 and 1930.
