This fonds consists primarily of yearly files of the secretary-treasurer of the Tuxford School District board of trustees. These consist of correspondence, banking records, invoices from suppliers for books, building materials, coal and other supplies and services. They also include minutes, school inspection reports and employee records filed by year. There are also a small number of related files and ledgers not organized by year.
This fonds consists of six series comprising the business, activities, and history of the Moose Jaw Agricultural Society from its beginning in 1884 to its disbanding in 1992.
