Contents include published Acts and Proceedings (with minutes of the General Assembly, reports, etc.), materials related to the Committee on Church Union and the Presbyterian Church Association, as well as a range of other documents and publications about Church Union, especially the Presbyterian debates on that topic.

Contents include: reproductions of the Basis of Union (1925) and related documents; published reproductions of General Council [meetings], as well as meeting agendas and reports; UCC Year Books, with detailed lists of pastoral charges and various national statistics and reports; multiple editions of the UCC Manual; minutes and reports from the Board of Home Missions, Board of Evangelism and Social Services, Division of Mission, Board of Colleges and Secondary Schools; Division of Ministry Personnel and Education; and published documents of Regina College (1911-1934); and items from St. Andrew's College Diamond Jubilee.

The fonds consists of records created and/or collected by the Saskatchewan regional organization of the A.O.T.S. ("As One That Serves" -- a United Church men's organization), its members, sub-groups, and divisions. Saskatchewan Division and Regina Division are among the names noted.

Contents include: minutes from A.O.T.S. meetings and Executive meetings; correspondence with local groups and members; and information about national activities and events.

Contents include: branch meeting minutes (1924-1926); treasurer’s accounts (1914-1926); membership records of Junior and Life members; annual meeting programs (1915-1925); and a collection of materials assembled by Mary S. Scott McKechnie, the first president of the [Saskatchewan] Provincial W.M.S. and of Qu’Appelle Presbytery W.M.S. The materials collected by McKechnie include: Presidential Addresses and Annual Reports of the Saskatchewan Presbyterian W.M.S. (1915-1924); history of Presbyterian W.M.S., for Diamond Jubilee (ca.1924); W.M.S. annual meeting programs (1916-1925); Qu’Appelle Presbyterial W.M.S. annual reports (1907-1926); and copies of newsletters “Echo” (Qu’Appelle) and “Progress” (from the Regina Industrial School), along with photographs of pupils at File Hills school (1925), Round Lake School (no date), and Cote Day School (no date).

The collection also includes meeting minutes from W.M.S. Presbyterial groups from Abernethy, Alameda, Prince Albert, Qu’Appelle, and Saskatoon.

Contents include: meeting minutes from the Y.P.U. executive and committees; correspondence from the Y.P.U. President; correspondence with and material relating to the national-level Y.P.U.; financial records; convention reports; lists of executive members; files relating to various Y.P.U. activities, including youth caravans; various newsletters and related items collected from other Y.P.U. groups, outside of Saskatchewan; and a collection of Youth Christian Education Leaders Resource materials, including Explorers and Hi-C groups. There are also minutes and reports from Presbyterial-level Y.P.U. units, in Kamsack, Qu'Appelle, Regina and Saskatoon.
