This fonds contains five series: Events, Membership, Memorabilia, Minutes, and Newsletters and Bulletins. It includes photos and posters of events, membership rosters, scrapbooks, gifts, meeting minutes and the Rotary in Motion newsletter and bulletin.

The fonds consists of material pertaining to the administration and history of the Moose Jaw General Hospital. Such material includes photocopied meeting minutes of the Moose Jaw Hospital Board, correspondences, reports, and meeting minutes of the Centralized Teaching Program Board of Administration, correspondences, reports, and awards lists regarding graduating nurses, the administrative and structural history of the hospital, and booklets published for it’s reincarnation as the Moose Jaw Union Hospital.

This fonds contains material about the All Saints Church in Middlesbrough, England. It includes histories of the church as well as Father Burn, a newspaper clipping about the church, and photographs of the church. It appears as though this material was mailed to Wild as the material also contains an envelope addressed to Mr. G. Wild from Middlesbrough, England.

This fonds consists of the personal and professional papers of Louis H. “Scoop” Lewry from 1947 to 1970. Included is correspondence, minutes of meetings, reports, financial records, press clippings and scrapbooks.

This fonds consists of a bank account book the Village of Tuxford had with the Canadian Bank of Commerce, 1926-1936 and a fire insurance map of the Village of Tuxford from 1923. The map was prepared by the Western Canada Fire Underwriters’ Association and is held within a black folio.

This fonds consists of two copies of the 1944-1945 Monarch Hockey Club yearbook.

This fonds consists of the history, constitution, minutes of meetings, financial records, notices, newsletters, and newspaper clippings of the North Shore Cottagers Association from their formation in 1974 to their disbanding in 1989. There are maps, a booklet, and information on studies conducted in the process to establish the Village of North Grove. There is also a copy of the Qu’Appelle Valley Scenic Highway Study which was compiled by the Planning Branch of the Saskatchewan Department of Highways in 1973.

This fonds consists of the original material that was written and submitted for the compilation of the book “The Rolling Hills Review 1840-1980.” It includes family histories(biographies), stories, historic information on places, organizations, companies and events during the period from 1840 to 1980 for the Bevitt, Crestwynd, Bay Island, Don Jean, Old Wives, Piety Hills and Windcrest Districts.

This fonds contains the union membership book of William Koznuk. It includes the union’s constitution, information about death benefits, advice and paid dues stamps. Koznuk was an employee at Const. & Gen. Lab in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The book was housed in a black plastic pouch with the union’s emblem.

This fonds contains four books that belonged to the family of George Benjamin Cubitt Sharpe.

The two Ontario Readers books were published in 1884 and 1885, and belonged to Ernest W.C. Sharpe. The methodist hymn book was likely used by Georgina Sharpe as it contains a letter sent from her. The hymn book also includes four flattened flowers, five newspaper clippings, and a weekly schedule of the the Zionist Methodist Church from 1911.

This fonds consists of material relating to the R. A. F. No. 32 Choir’s Nautical Nites performance on Wednesday, February 16, 1944. The performance was sponsored by the Westhall Club of St. John’s Church and all proceeds from the event went to the local Navy Auxiliary. It was held at the Moose Jaw Technical School. The performance was conducted by Eric Holden and accompanied by William Poole. This fonds includes newspaper clippings about the performance, a ticket and a programme from the event.

This fonds includes a statement of accounts of the estate of Walter F. Thorn from October 26, 1967 to October 26, 1973.

This fonds contains three series: Financial Records, Memorabilia and Correspondence. It includes financial records belonging to the Ellis’, such as an account book, shares, and a land title. It contains memorabilia of family and events in Moose Jaw as well as letters sent and received by the Ellis’.

This fonds consists primarily of yearly files of the secretary-treasurer of the Tuxford School District board of trustees. These consist of correspondence, banking records, invoices from suppliers for books, building materials, coal and other supplies and services. They also include minutes, school inspection reports and employee records filed by year. There are also a small number of related files and ledgers not organized by year.
