Annual Meeting Reports contain numerous yearly updates of the activities of the individual constituent organizations. It includes the pamphlets and programs produced and collected by the National Council and the Moose Jaw Council of Women. It also includes annual and abridged reports and yearbooks created by the National Council and collected by the Moose Jaw Council.

This fonds consists of minutes of meetings from 1964 to 1984, correspondence from 1961 1962 and from 1971 to 1984, 5 scrapbooks consisting of photographs, newspaper clippings and memorabilia covering club events from 1952 to 1976, 2 scrapbooks of letters and photographs from the Kinette’s adopted Korean daughter Kim Kye Pe, 1961 to 1967 and one scrapbook of newspaper clippings and programs covering the Kinsmen Band Festival, 1961 to 1964. There is an information kit on Ronald McDonald House in Saskatoon, and a report of a Christmas dinner catered to the XYZ Club in 1980.

This fonds consists of minutes of meetings 1944-1953, book of stock certificates sold in 1948 and 1951, and remaining blank certificates, constitution of the Western Junior Hockey League [194-?], Memorandum of Association 1948, Articles of Association 1948 and yearbooks 1938-1939, 1946-1947,1954-1955, 1960-1961, 1961-1962, 1962-1963 and 1965-1966 of the Canuck Hockey Club. A scrapbook contains newspaper clippings, photographs, programs, lists, hand-written statistics and history of the Club from 1933 to 1984.

McClelland Family fonds

This fonds is comprised of memorabilia created and collected by Kathleen McClelland about the McClelland, Brubaker and Battell families. It includes sections of the newspaper and newspaper clippings where members of her family are mentioned. It contains compiled family histories of the Brubakers and the McClellands as well as photographs of various family members. This fonds also includes a Moose Jaw School District No. 1 100th Anniversary Calendar – Kathleen McClelland, S. Ernest M. McClelland, Kathleen’s father, and Rella (Brubaker) Hunter, Kathleen’s aunt, were all teachers in Moose Jaw.

The second series consists of eleven scrapbooks and binders filled with newspaper (press) clippings of notices, advertisements and information regarding the City of Moose Jaw from 1917 to 1978, compiled by the city clerk. The third series consists of a promotional booklet from 1906 produced by the city of Moose Jaw.
