This fonds consists of minute books from 1949 1968, a treasurer's list, 1951 1967, membership lists, 1949 1975, constitution, history, miscellaneous correspondence, exhibition programs, newspaper clippings, and a history of the Homecoming '71 Mural, created by 22 members of the guild, and 3 scrapbooks of printed material and photos from 1949 1965.

This fonds consists of two series. The Federation business includes minutes of meetings, membership lists, and correspondence covering the years 1943-1947. The second series includes lists of electors, reports, poll census forms, statements, returns, and election tally sheets of the 1945 Federal Election, as well as reports and correspondence of the CCF Victory Fund, 1944-1945. Two editions of “The CCF in the Legislature” (1941 with 1942 supplement and 1943) were transferred to the Library Collection.

This fonds consists of three series; business records of the minutes of meetings 1901 to 1906 and membership roster 1901 to 1905 of the Duchess of York Chapter, historical records in three scrapbooks of newspaper clippings (most undated) and photographs, primarily from the Lawrence of Arabia Chapter., I.O.D.E. publications and miscellaneous papers consisting of letterhead, application forms, certificates, pamphlets and receipts.

This fonds consists of a journal , a photo album, a post card album and an autograph album of the Logan Family of Central Butte, predominantly Pearl Logan, kept in the late 1800's to the 1920's. Some photos are tin types, others are hand coloured. Several photos have the photographer’s identification on the back. They are from Ottawa and Winnipeg and the photos would have been taken in the late 1800's. Only one photograph is dated and identified. There is also a Bible that was presented to the Logan Family in 1909 from the Sunday School and Church in Manitou, Manitoba as a farewell gift.
