The fonds contains seven colour photographs taken during Melfort, Saskatchewan's 1980 "Melfort Reunion, Celebrate Saskatchewan 1905-1980" events. Subjects include the stage at the Melfort Agricultural Society grounds and community organization floats in the parade, and feature a number of Melfort city councillors serving during 1980.

This fonds contains textual documents created in the running of AIDS Saskatoon, such as correspondence, meeting minutes and agendas, policies, reports, posters, and other administrative files.

The fonds consists of an unpublished copy of “Political Theology in the Canadian Context” (a collection of papers presented at a 1977 conference), edited by B. G. Smillie, 1978.

This fonds contains mainly textual material relating to the writing of Elizabeth Philips. Much of it is notes, rough drafts, and copies of poems and some prose work. There is also correspondence which relates to the business side of writing and getting published as well as some personal correspondence that relates to every day life and also on writing, as she corresponded with other writers.

This fonds consists of 27 Sony Beta videocassettes of drawing tutorials.

This fonds consists of images taken by Charles Dobie at the Fifth National Gay Conference, "Towards a Gay Community," held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan from June 29 to July 3, 1977.

These photographs capture the activities of the Indian 4-H program in a number of locations around Saskatchewan. Most photographs are in albums, although some arrived mounted on foamcore.
