Given the nature and scope of the office, the Presidential records usually provide the most comprehensive source for documenting all facets of the University, including important initiatives, funding, research and teaching, college and departmental development, and faculty, staff, and student activities. Generally these records contain correspondence, reports, minutes, annual general reports of college and departmental activities, as well as some personal papers, speeches and addresses.

Collection consists of photographs documenting the history and development of the Regina General Hospital. Photographs depict physicians, staff, volunteers, and patients of the hospital; the interior and exterior of the hospital buildings, including renovations and construction; equipment; employee events and leisure activities; students, including graduation ceremonies and portraits; patient care services; museum artifacts and displays; and the Red Cross Blood Transfusion Services. Photographs also depict the buildings of the Pasqua Hospital, Plains Health Centre, and Wascana Rehabilitation Centre. Prominent individuals featured in photographs include Executive Directors: Charles E. Barton, Dr. Ernest Appleyard, A. C. Pickles, H. M. J. Westcott, Dr. D. W. Carnduff, Edward C. Emery, and Royce H. Gill; Chairmen of the Board of Governors: Gordon B. Grant (also Minister of Public Health), Donald M. McPherson, Ken P. R. Hodges, C. Hewitt Helmsing, F. M. (Mike) Badham, and Orville L. Off; and members of the Board of Governors. Also depicted are H.G.R. (Harry) Walker and H. H. P. (Henry) Baker, Mayors of Regina; Walter C. Smishek and Herman H. Rolfes, Ministers of Health; and Isobel Colvin, Administrator (Patient Care) and Director of the School of Nursing, and Eleanor Linnell, Director, Nursing Education. Celebrities depicted include Ernie Coombs (Mr. Dressup), child entertainer; and Nancy Greene (Raine), world class skier.

This fonds consists of a single handwritten diary containing detailed, daily entries from the date of Lynn’s departure from Belleville on 23 October 1899, until his return home and a ceremony with the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and York on 11 October 1901, in Toronto. The entries provide detail of Lynn’s voyage; his immediate call to the front upon his arrival in Cape Town, and all aspects of his service and battles.

Collection contains photos and postcards reflecting Biggar and District.

These postcards from the early 1900’s depict missionary work, aboriginal peoples, and landscapes all across Northern Canada.

The fonds consists of records created and/or collected by Rev. Arthur, during his time as a Presbyterian minister in Kinistino, Saskatchewan. Contents include: a record book (1898-1900), with information about congregations at Birch Hills, Coxby, Kinistino, Melfort, Rosthern.

The fonds, related to Lavinia Bishop (nee Brown), were accumulated by the source. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.
