This fonds reflects the activity of Heritage Moose Jaw. It includes one scrapbook of heritage buildings in Moose Jaw and material about the Moose Jaw Cemetery. The organization received a grant to help restore some of the tombstones in the cemetery and they collected information about the individuals buried there.

This fonds contains material that reflects the activity of the Army and Navy Department Store in Moose Jaw. It contains store flyers, catalogues, and photographs. It also contains the funeral service program for Garth Curtis Kennedy, who was employed by the organization for 52 years. During his career he served as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board.

This fonds contains a bible that was presented at the dedication of the Marquis United Church in Marquis, Saskatchewan on October 17, 1937. The bible was presented by Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Hurd. The bible was one of few items to survive and be recovered from the fire.

This fonds contains four school books that belonged to Rosa Smith.

This fonds contains one “Daily Light on the Daily Path” devotional text, and one small photograph.

This fonds contains tax assessments and notices of Mary E. Horn pertaining to land she purchased in Moose Jaw. It also includes a land plot advertisement, as well as correspondences and receipts regarding the land purchase.

This fonds contains one videocassette tape titled “Briercrest Bible College Heritage Project: ‘Foundations for the Future’ 60 minutes”.

This fonds contains one small medallion of a streetcar.

This fonds contains one large marriage certificate between John Frost and his wife Mary Emma Harvesa.

This fonds contains one death certificate, one commemorative scroll, and one b&w photograph. The death certificate and commemorative scroll pertain to William James Gillespie, and the photograph is of the reinforcements of the 46th Battalion of the Canadian Expeditionary force in the First World War, of which William James Gillespie was a member.

The fonds contains one photo album titled “Views of Moose Jaw, Sask., Canada” and includes 21 b&w photographs of mostly street views of Moose Jaw, and one page of information on Moose Jaw.

The fonds contains one school yearbook from 1945 titled “The Greystone”. It contains notes written by Mrs. Catley.

The fonds contains two story booklets on quilting and the history of Buffalo Pound Lake.

This fonds contains one cassette tape of the singing of Garth Hampson.

This fonds contains four books that belonged to the family of George Benjamin Cubitt Sharpe.

The two Ontario Readers books were published in 1884 and 1885, and belonged to Ernest W.C. Sharpe. The methodist hymn book was likely used by Georgina Sharpe as it contains a letter sent from her. The hymn book also includes four flattened flowers, five newspaper clippings, and a weekly schedule of the the Zionist Methodist Church from 1911.
