This series is arranged in alphabetical order by the settlement studied. There are two sets of lists: A. General files (boxes 1-5) and; B. Housing Needs Surveys (boxes 6-25).
This series is comprised of correspondence with family, friends and colleagues and relates to personal, professional and academic interests and activities, including job and grant applications, research proposals and projects. In the case of Linvill, there are files pertaining to movies, the University Film Society, and chess, GO and other board games. Avra's personal material also includes a novel manuscript entitled "New Granada".
