Aerial photo of the construction inauguration ceremony for the Expo '67 site. Inscription on studio folder reads: "On August 12th, 1963, were officially inaugurated the works to enlarge St. Helen's Island and create Ile Notre-Dame, site of the 1967 Universal and International Exhibitions to be held in Montreal on the St. Lawrence." An unattached card reads: "Mr. Jean Drapeau, Mayor of Montreal and Mrs. Drapeau, Mr. Lucien Saulnier, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Mrs. Saulnier send you their best wishes."
