Most of the textual records were either clipped out of newspapers are event programs center around the Indian Head Orange Home children who were graduating high school or were in the Indian Head 691 Hawk Squadron Air Cadets . The dates range from 1944 -1998. Original copy loaned to the museum by Janice McBain. Original copy scanned into digital format and the originals sent back to Janice McBain in 2020.

Posed group photo of ~75 men - members of the Indian Head branch of the Orange Lodge on "Orange Day", 1920 (July 12). Most of the men wear vests/shawls of the Orange Lodge, waving Union Jacks and many display pins/medals. The large Orange Lodge banner is held up with the words "Indian Head L.O.L. No 1665" at the top.

Most of the material is included in a few series (Glenn Lunn Circle, Friendly Neighbors Club, 4H Club) - many books of club minutes, events or projects. Other series, such as the lodges, RCMP, Postmasters Association have only a few items.
The Osment Block was constructed by Arthur James Osment. This block included an opera house which is now a functioning cinema known as "The Grand Theatre" - formerly the "Nite Hawk Theatre".
