This fonds contains three series: Financial Records, Memorabilia and Correspondence. It includes financial records belonging to the Ellis’, such as an account book, shares, and a land title. It contains memorabilia of family and events in Moose Jaw as well as letters sent and received by the Ellis’.

This fonds contains the Botting (Barnes) family bible, prayer book, and three photo albums. The bible includes genealogical information about the Botting (Barnes) family, including birth and death dates of family members. Few individuals in the photo albums are identified.

This fonds contains one booklet entitled ‘Verses for You’. The booklet was published by the Moose Jaw Writer’s Club. Shantz wrote poems that appear on pages 7, 22, and 27.

This fonds contains the bible of the Zess family. Within the bible are pages of birth, marriage, and death records as well as photographs of select family members.

This fonds consists of two scrapbooks of the Moose Jaw Co-operative Women's Guild containing photographs and newspaper clippings concerning the Moose Jaw Co-operative Women's Guild.

This fonds contains an inventory of heritage buildings in Moose Jaw completed by the Heritage Conservation Division of the Saskatchewan Culture and Recreation. Sites include those on Main Street, and northwest, northeast, central, and southern sections of Moose Jaw. Also included are sites outside of Moose Jaw.

The fonds contains one photo album titled “Views of Moose Jaw, Sask., Canada” and includes 21 b&w photographs of mostly street views of Moose Jaw, and one page of information on Moose Jaw.

This collection contains one booklet containing the favourite poems of Dick Lillico. It includes 30 pages of poems selected by Lillico. The booklet is signed, “Best wishes Mrs. Boyd, Sincerely Dick”.

This fonds contains the records created and accumulated by Beatrice Lett. It consists of four series: memorabilia, first aid and CPR records, Ernestine Hudson, and genealogy.

This fonds contains a book on the history of the 1856 Moose Jaw Schools Cadet Corps fonds. The book is comprised of reprinted Moose Jaw Times Herald articles about the cadet corps and a large collection of printed photographs.
