It includes a substantial series of Drawings and Sketches (1955-1976); Publications, including exhibition catalogues, publicity materials, and articles featuring Rogers and other artists (1954-1988); a diverse series of personal and professional correspondence with family, friends, galleries, art dealers, artists, and others (1953-1988); corporate and personal Financial Records (1983-1987); Newspaper Clippings (1954-1987); audio-visual materials (1959-1987), and Miscellaneous personal material. Correspondence, publicity notices, invitations, and publications relating to Rogers' involvement with the Bahai faith (1969-1988) are also present.

Fonds consists of records created by Western Producer Prairie Books publishing company, (1954-1988). The records are arranged in fifteen series reflecting the functions of the organization: Administration; Author Files; Books; Calendars; Catalogues; Committees; Design Files; Editorial Files; Education Files; Festivals and Fairs; Financial Records; Manuscripts; Publicity and Promotion; Songbook; and Computer Print-outs. The records primarily cover the years in which Prairie Books operated as an independent department, 1975-1991. However, the majority of books published back to 1954 are found in the collection, by a wide variety of authors including such popular prairie writers as James Gray, John Charyk, Hugh Dempsey, Grant MacEwan, R.H. MacDonald, J.G. MacGregor and many more. The fonds is remarkably complete, containing annual reports, marketing materials, budgets, personnel records, grant files, contacts, photographs, production records, publications, financial statements, sales records, inventory reports, customer files, manuscripts, book ideas, meeting files, and other records documenting all aspects of the book publishing business. Of particular interest is the extensive correspondence with authors, publishers, federal and provincial government agencies, libraries, bookstores, book clubs, book sellers' organizations, suppliers, and publishers' associations. Notable among the latter is a series of files relating the Association of Canadian Publishers, 1976-1984.

Fonds consists of files generated by Susan Whitney Gallery Ltd, a private art gallery located in Regina, Saskatchewan. These records relate to the exhibitions and selling of art by such regional artists as Joe Fafard, David Thauberger, Russ yuristy, Bill Lobchuck, Don Proch, and Tony Tascona, among others, and such folk artists as W.C. McCargar, Dmytro Stryjek, and Eva Dennis. Other Canadian and foreign artists are represented. The fonds have been organized into ten series: Art Fairs, Artist files/Artists, Date Books, Financial Records, Globe Theatre, Invitations, Personal, Photographs, Scrapbooks, and Working files/Administration. The first series, Art Fairs, is further subdivided into four subseries: General, ART/LA/Los Angeles International Art Fair, Chicago International Art Exposition, and the Chicago International New Art Forms Exposition.

Fonds consists of personal papers of Saskatchewan folk artist Jan Gerrit Wyers, 1913-1970. Included are original drawings and paintings, and slides and photographs of his art works, as well as personal and family photos depicting relatives in the Netherlands, Wyers' farm at Windthorst, and the installation of his exhibit at the Norman MacKenzie Art Gallery. Also present are personal documents, postcards from the Netherlands and North America, an exhibition catalogue and a small quantity of correspondence including 4 letters from Wyers to Ed Haveledge.

This fonds consists of records documenting Saskatoon Gateway Players' productions since its inception, including b&w headshots of the actors, numerous on-stage photographs of most productions, videos of some performances, programmes, brochures and posters, as well as administrative records of the organization such as board minutes and financial records. The fonds also includes copies of the Saskatoon Gateway Players newletter "The Prompter," newclippings, and an electronic database containing the production's dates, titles, actors, production crew, and season board members.

Fonds consists of personal papers of Lloyd Ingram Barber who was President of the University of Regina from 1976-1990. Dating from 1955-1992, the records include general files (1959-1988), clippings, annual reports, class materials, and personal correspondence (1955-1992). Of particular interest are Dr. Barber's extensive Indian and Native files, 1965-1985. These contain conference materials, correspondence, daily journals, treaties, documents and publications, audio tapes, land claim court case files, and files relating to various Native organizations, all generated during his tenure as Indian Claims Commissioner, as well as personal files pertaining to Aboriginal affairs generally. Also noteworthy is the complete record of speeches delivered by Dr. Barber, 1961-1990, and files containing correspondence, reports, meeting materials, financial statements, and other records relating to the many directorships held by Dr. Barber, 1977-1992.

Fonds consists of drawings and sketches by Bloore; correspondence with public and private art galleries; personal correspondence, including artists Ted Godwin, Ray Kiyooka, Ernest Lindner, David Thaughberger, Claude Breeze, Ken Lochhead, Doug Morton, and Jan Wyers; catalogues, notices, posters, and other publicity materials relating to exhibitions of artworks by Bloore and other artists; articles by and about Bloore; organization, committee, and general subject files relating to Bloore's professional and charitable activities; newspaper clippings;. lecture notes, correspondence, and other records relating to his teaching career, chiefly at York University; personal financial, health, and legal records, including extensive documentation and photographs relating to Bloore's role as executor of the Theodore Allen Heinrich estate; and photographs, negatives, and slides depicting works of art by Bloore and other artists, family, friends, gallery openings, and Bloore's travels in North and Central America, Europe, and Africa; and sound recordings pertaining to the "Regina Five" and Innuit art.

Fonds consists of personal and professional papers documenting the career of playwright and pastor Rex Deverell, 1956-1989. The bulk of the fonds consists of background material, correspondence, notes, reviews, scripts, drafts, musical scores, songs, programs, audio tapes, photographs, printed copies, and other records relating to the writing and production of Deverell's many stage plays and TV/film plays, as well as his articles, early writings, poetry, radio commentaries, and short stories. Also of interest are the General Correspondence series which includes correspondence with several writers and theatre companies; the Globe Theatre files; the Pastoral Career/Religious Interests series which contains general files, sermons and notes, and other records relating to Deverell's pastoral life; and the Professional Activities and Interests and Professional Associations series which include records pertaining to the many conferences, workshops, and organizations with which he was involved. Fonds consists of the personal papers of educator Joseph Duffy, and has been arranged to reflect the diversity of the creator's interests. His concerns for the use (and misuse) of the English language, as well as for educational theory, are manifest in the EDUCATIONAL/INSTRUCTIONAL THEORY section. Also included in the section, and in the PUBLICATIONS section, are files relating to his work on the Department of Education's Division IV English Curriculum Committee. Joseph Duffy's active participation in professional organizations concerned about the state of the English Teaching profession is evident in the PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS category. Various PUBLICATIONS, and files relating to SECONDARY EDUCATION at Marian High School, have received their own sections.
