The death certificate and commemorative scroll pertain to William James Gillespie, and the photograph is of the reinforcements of the 46th Battalion of the Canadian Expeditionary force in the First World War, of which William James Gillespie was a member.
This fonds is comprised of memorabilia created and collected by Kathleen McClelland about the McClelland, Brubaker and Battell families. It contains compiled family histories of the Brubakers and the McClellands as well as photographs of various family members. McClelland, Kathleen’s father, and Rella (Brubaker) Hunter, Kathleen’s aunt, were all teachers in Moose Jaw.
