The Saskatchewan Bulletin, Nov. 18, 1992, p. 1; "Tim Muench, a Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology instructor, spins a quarter on the end of a coat-hanger, without it flying off - much to the delight of teacher Ingrid Benning's Grade 6 space science club at Saskatoon's Brunskill School. Muench, a finalist in the Canadian Astronaut Program's recent candidate search, visited the school Oct. 22 to launch the joint federal/provincial/professional engineers' Innovators in the Schools program, which brings scientists into classrooms to make science fun and interesting for students."
