Certificate of title to the Indian Head townsite

Large certificate listing the specific blocks of land owned by Angus, Smith, Osler and Scarth. Presumably, this was part of the process of organizing the townsite for sale/distribution to private citizens. The town was incorporated in 1902.

Dominion Land Grant to the Canadian Pacific Railway Company

Folded rectangle of paper on the outside is the basics of the deal and the the inside folds out into a large certificate. The certificate is legal confirmation of a deal in which the British government gave the Canadian Pacific Railway land in Manitoba to build its railway on.

Community farewell to Frank and Emily Ashmore

A single page of text that was originally framed and presented to Frank and Emily Ashmore upon Frank's retirement in 1948 and their move from Indian Head to Regina. The certificate contains the names of 62 Indian Head citizens.
