This ready-reference collection of articles and clippings has been compiled in order to highlight some main topics of interest within our holdings, or to provide straightforward answers to frequently asked questions. The collection is intended to grow as future archival workers add files for major events, persons, and topics, and flesh out those files already existing with further clippings and articles.

This fonds contains material relating to all activities undertaken by the Extension Division. These records generally contain correspondence, minutes, reports, and memoranda; as well as publications and bulletins, and information on various provincial and national associations, societies, or clubs.

The Photograph Collection consists primarily of images documenting the growth and development of the University of Saskatchewan. Images of faculty, students, staff, alumni, buildings, equipment, and various events and activities constitute the majority of the collection.

This fonds contains reports published by the Centre, as well as minutes, charter, by-laws, and memoranda relating to its operation and mandate.

This fonds contains files regarding curriculum and courses, equipment and resources, annual reports and other administrative duties. Also included is material relating to concerts, recitals, guest artists and lecturers, and workshops sponsored by the department. A separate accession contains correspondence, memoranda, and specifications pertaining to the department's move to the Education Building (1974-1976).

This fonds contains correspondence, memoranda, and reports relating to all aspects of the administration and programs of the Department of History. Also included is correspondence and submissions to the Canadian Journal of History, an academic journal of non-Canadian history published by the department.

This fonds contains administrative records of the Department of Classics, including material relating to budgets, staffing and space needs and the appointment of the department head.

This fonds is divided into four accessions. The first consists of the departmental correspondence and reports. The majority of this accession deals with the organization and production of Summer Tours to small centres in Saskatchewan and Manitoba (1948-1950). The second accession includes a calender of performances (1946-1969), scripts and prompt books. The third accession includes class lists, lecture notes, annual reports (1955-1975), Greystone Theatre records and files relating to Drama Department productions (1947-1971). Production files contain programs, photos, reviews, box office receipts, correspondence, cast lists etc. The fourth accession contains lecture notes, essays, and writings of Emrys Jones, the first head of the department.

This fonds contains year books, attendance books, visitor's registers and minute and account books. The series also contains audio cassettes of the symposium entitled "Emma Lake Artist's Workshop - Community Critics Workshop" (1989).

This fonds contains material relating to the research work, students, faculty and administration of the College of Arts and Sciences, and its departments. These records generally contain correspondence, minutes, reports, and memoranda; they may also contain material relating to associated national or international organizations, research articles, and addresses.

Equivalent in scope to the Presidential or Vice-presidential records, this fonds specifically documents the administration of the Saskatoon campus from 1967-1974, and includes correspondence, reports, minutes, and memoranda. It also includes considerable documentation of the various administrative committees functioning during this period.
