The Antoinette Moreau collection contains photographs that depict the family and friends of Antoinette Moreau and offer a look into the way of life of the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation.

The collection consists of various documents and photos about Indian Head's agricultural heritage, including the Bell Farm, the federal Tree Nursery and the federal Experimental Farm. The Agriculture Collection includes materials related agriculture and includes, especially, series pertaining to three major agricultural developments in Indian Head 1) The Bell Farm (Qu'Appelle Valley Farming Company) which was a huge farming venture of 57,000 acres promoted by Major William Robert Bell in 1881-1882 to Eastern Canadian and American shareholders. The venture finally failed and Major Bell left Indian Head in 1895. 2) The federal Experimental Farm which was established in 1887 under the superintendency of Angus MacKay and continues to conduct research as Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's Indian Head Research Farm . 3) The federal Tree Nursery (PFRA) resulted from the promotion of trees and shrubs for shelter by Angus MacKay , the superintendent of the Experimental Farm . Established as a separate federal government station in 1901 under the superintendency of Norman Ross, it provided trees and shrubs for farmers throughout the prairies until its closure in 2014.

The collection contains 24 photographic reproductions of original photographs of members of the John Carlson family, local farming activities, and farm equipment. Several depict views of Melfort in early states of development. Historically significant images include that of a Mr. and Mrs. Bagshaw at "Melfort House" in the U.K.

The fonds includes records of the pre-publication period 1981 to 1983 as well as the publication period 1983 to 1986. The records include correspondence, manuscripts, subscription records, interview transcriptions, letters to the editor, and editorial board minutes plus a few audiotapes and photographs.

This fonds includes minutes, committee reports, conference proceedings and correspondence, as well as the personal papers of three Basilian fathers: Father Henry Carr, CSB; Father Paul Mallon, CSB; and Father Eugene Cullinane, CSB.

This fonds contains five photo albums from 1982 to 2005 containing photographs, programs and newspaper clippings for recitals, as well as scrapbooks containing newspaper articles about the dance club and the members' activities from 1989 – 2001

This fonds contains six albums titled Memory Books 1965-1992 that contain newspaper clippings, letters, photographs and commentary of the group's activities. This fonds also contains a book titled History of Saskatchewan 4-H 1917-1977 and examples various activity booklets pertaining to light horses, interior design and ecology

This fonds contains programs from various jubilees, anniversary and other celebrations, St. Ursula Academy bulletins, newsletters, year books and oral history cassette tapes. Photographs are from various school activities, artwork, missions and fund-raisers
