This fonds consists two series: meeting minutes and promotional and event material.

This fonds consists of three books: Wehman Bros.’ New Book of 153 Tricks, and Morang’s Modern Phonic Primer: Part 1 & 2. Morang’s Modern Phonic Primers were “authorized by the Minister of Education for use in the public schools of Ontario”. Mary Harding’s name is inscribed on both part 1 & 2 and the books are heavily annotated.

This fonds consists of material relating to the R. A. F. No. 32 Choir’s Nautical Nites performance on Wednesday, February 16, 1944. The performance was sponsored by the Westhall Club of St. John’s Church and all proceeds from the event went to the local Navy Auxiliary. It was held at the Moose Jaw Technical School. The performance was conducted by Eric Holden and accompanied by William Poole. This fonds includes newspaper clippings about the performance, a ticket and a programme from the event.

This fonds contains a receipt from the Canadian National Express Company and a letter from the Radville Boy Scouts Scoutmaster.

This fonds contains the union membership book of William Koznuk. It includes the union’s constitution, information about death benefits, advice and paid dues stamps. Koznuk was an employee at Const. & Gen. Lab in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The book was housed in a black plastic pouch with the union’s emblem.

This fonds contains the Botting (Barnes) family bible, prayer book, and three photo albums. The bible includes genealogical information about the Botting (Barnes) family, including birth and death dates of family members. Few individuals in the photo albums are identified.

This fonds contains material relating to property owned by Duncan and Mary Mackenzie. It includes their farm insurance policy, Robert Carnochan Foote’s Loan for the property and the transfer of the Land Title from Robert Carnochan Foote to Mary Mackenzie. It also includes a receipt from Canadian Gulf Oil Company and correspondence regarding Western Drilling Company and Mackenzie’s land.

This fonds contains an written account of the history of the society, business cards, pamphlets, and calendars produced by the organization.

This fonds contains the thirtieth anniversary program for St. Michael and All Angels Church, signed by Marjorie Fowler. It includes a school group assignment completed in part Marjorie called “Empire Eight”. The assignment is a monthly magazine and she is listed as manager on the front page. She also wrote a brief history of the assignment as well as the members of her group, some teachers and a few memories of Moose Jaw. This is dated 1985.

This fonds contains one minute book from the Provincial Brokerage and Investment Co. The minutes are from 1914-1921 and include information about meetings, such as election results.

This fonds contains a notebook produced by residents of Pioneer Village, which includes minutes of meetings and newspaper clippings about residents. It also includes notes and photographs of residents. Also included are a blank ledger belonging to Frank Warn, and a poem booklet belonging to Margaret Park, both of Pioneer Village.

This fonds contains photocopies of a memo book (1927-1939) and a minute book (1928-1939) from the Moose Jaw Police Service. This material contains copies of internal memos, minutes and financial documents.

This fonds contains four series: Financial and Legal Records, Meeting Minutes, Published Material and Scrapbooks. It includes tax records, financial reports, grant applications, dissolution records, and meeting minutes. It also consists of published works collected by the organization as well as scrapbooks created by the organization.

This fonds contains one paper written by Donald A. Wright as part of his Doctor of Ministry program at the University of Alberta. The paper is entitled “Historical Pattern Realization and Clergy Role Clarification”. It was completed for course ISM-83 and submitted May 6, 1983.

This fonds contains one booklet entitled ‘Verses for You’. The booklet was published by the Moose Jaw Writer’s Club. Shantz wrote poems that appear on pages 7, 22, and 27.
