This fonds contains one series consisting of several scrapbooks kept by Philip H. West from 1944 to 1957. They contain invitations and letters to Mr. and Mrs. West, newspaper clippings concerning the couple, relatives or friends. Also included are diplomas and certificates presented to Mr. and Mrs. West, programs of events, various pictures, greeting cards and postcards, brochures of tourist sites, water colour paintings done by Philip West and memorabilia of the Royal Family of the United Kingdom.

Forrest the secretary of the Westview School District, and a list of books ordered for the school district and confirmed by the department of education.
This fonds contains two copies of the first issue of the Moose Jaw Times from the scrapbook of Edward Nicholas Hopkins. The end of both copies contains an extract from an address by Edward Nicholas Hopkins to the Dairymen’s Association at Fort Qu’Appelle in March 1896 that was quoted by Percy Reid at the Canary Banquet on March 24, 1929.
This fonds contains the schedule of rates and rules for the trainmen. The document was produced by the Canadian Pacific Railway company’s western division and was owned by William George Wood. ‘Thank you’ is inscribed in the left had corner of the document. The document was approved by the Brotherhood of the Railway Trainmen.
This fonds reflects the activities of the Cosmo Drama Club. It is comprised of three series: general business records, scrapbooks, and skits and workshops. It includes financial records, such as receipts and account balances, meeting minutes, memorabilia, skit scripts and an audiocassette of a workshop.
This fonds contains an inventory of heritage buildings in Moose Jaw completed by the Heritage Conservation Division of the Saskatchewan Culture and Recreation. Sites include those on Main Street, and northwest, northeast, central, and southern sections of Moose Jaw. Also included are sites outside of Moose Jaw.

The Agnes (Frejd) Richards fonds consists of 34 cm of textual records. This includes 16 textbooks brought from Ontario to assist Mrs. Richards in her classroom. The textbooks cover a variety of subjects, such as poetry, composition, history, nature study, and arithmetic.
This fonds contains Lieutenant T. M Morgan’s photo album of the timber operation by No. 106 Company, Canadian Forestry Corps during the First World War. The photographs were taken in Knockando, Moray-shire, Scotland. Most of the photographs are labeled. T. M. Morgan is the first on the left of the last row of the unlabeled group photo.
