The Saskatchewan Homemaker's Clubs subseries contains: Saskatchewan Homemakers Life Membership Books (1940-1972); addresses to the Annual Convention (1933-1967); records from local Homemaker's Clubs; Cash Books; and correspondence, minutes, reports, financial statements, handbooks, press releases and publications relating to the activities of the Association. The Women's Institute subseries contains correspondence, reports, minutes, publications and other records (1971-1986). Included are submissions to the Institute's creative writing competition (1975-1981).

This fonds contains correspondence, memoranda, and reports relating to all aspects of the administration and programs of the Department of History. Also included is correspondence and submissions to the Canadian Journal of History, an academic journal of non-Canadian history published by the department.

This fonds contains correspondence and memoranda relating to the administration of the Department of Economics and Political Science. Included is correspondence with Regina College, other universities, and the provincial government. Also included is material relating to the formation of the Institute for Northern Studies and the administration of the M.J. Coldwell Essay Competition.

This fonds contains material relating to the research work, students, faculty and administration of the College of Arts and Sciences, and its departments. These records generally contain correspondence, minutes, reports, and memoranda; they may also contain material relating to associated national or international organizations, research articles, and addresses.

This fonds contains materials created or received by the offices of VP (Special Projects) and VP (Planning and Development), including materials relating to information technology, budget preparation in response to the funding cutbacks of the 1980s; initiatives in biotechnology, toxicology, and native studies; major program reviews including the Colleges of Medicine, Graduate Studies, and Home Economics; and the Issues and Options project. Additionally, this fonds contains some documentation relating to Holmlund's tenure as Acting President in 1989 including briefing notes for incoming president JWG Ivany; and to Holmlund's work on the boards of Ag-West Biotech, the Saskatchewan Indian Federated College, etc. Publications and addresses from the whole of Holmlund's career are also included; these relate to his prior work in biomedical engineering, computing services, USG, etc. as well as to his senior administrative duties.

Equivalent in scope to the Presidential or Vice-presidential records, this fonds specifically documents the administration of the Saskatoon campus from 1967-1974, and includes correspondence, reports, minutes, and memoranda. It also includes considerable documentation of the various administrative committees functioning during this period.

This series contains materials created and/or acquired by Walter Murray during his tenure as President, from 1908-1937, documenting nearly three decades of the University of Saskatchewan’s history including its establishment; the faculty crisis of 1919; the development of the Colleges of Agriculture, Arts & Science, Education, Engineering; Law; Medicine, Pharmacy and the Extension Division; and the financial crisis of the Depression years.

This fonds contains personal correspondence and professional and academic materials relating to Simpson's career at the University, including memorabilia relating to student life in the late 1920s and later material relating to the history of the College of Home Economics; as well as material pertaining to the life and activities of Simpson's sister, P.W. Rowles; husband, G.W. Simpson; and her husband's first wife, M. Simpson. The bulk of the material regarding M. Simpson is a collection of prints and printing blocks illustrating the campus of the University of Saskatchewan.

This fonds contains correspondence, interviews, drafts, articles, addresses, and resource files from the Consumer Credit Study, the Royal Commission on Consumer Problems and Inflation (Prairie Provinces Cost Study Commission), the National Farm Products Marketing Council, and the Natural Gas Development and Conservation Board. There are also press releases, speeches, and papers from the Western Economic Opportunities Conference (Calgary, 1973) and the Food Prices Review Board including published reports on prices of foodstuffs, company profits, and price trends. As well, there are news releases, bulletins, and reports from the Anti-Inflation Board. There is a considerable amount of material from the Restrictive Trade Practices Commission, including transcripts of hearings and exhibits concerning the inquiry into the economic, legal, technological, marketing, and administrative practices of telecommunications companies in Canada.
