This fonds contains one partial draft and one complete draft of 'Tuxford of the Plains: Letters of George Stuart Tuxford (1888-1918)'. Note that one draft has the dates as 1888-1918, where the other has the dates as 1888-1913. Both drafts are typescripts and are heavily annotated with pen and pencil. This material is based on letters written by Tuxford with additional research conducted by Wilkes.

This fonds consists of the constitution, membership list, and certificate of charter of the Women’s Safety Council Moose Jaw. There are records of projects, correspondence and reports regarding poster contests, newspaper clippings and 2 photographs of their parade float. There is a photocopy of a group photograph. The original photograph was catalogued for the library archives. There is also a “Declaration of Responsibility” set out by the students of Queen Elizabeth School.

This fonds consists of four series. It includes the bylaws, minutes, financial records and correspondence of the Moose Jaw Milk Producers Association from the late 1950's to 1992. There is a photocopy of a group photo taken in front of Zion United Church between 1926 and 1930. The group and persons in the group are not identified. The original photograph has been catalogued for the library archives. There are some minutes and a financial statement of the Saskatchewan Milk Producers Association in the 1970's, as well as annual reports of the Saskatchewan Dairy Foundation and the Dairy Producers Co-Operative of Saskatchewan.

This fonds consists of legal contracts, minutes of meetings, financial records and statements, annual reports and correspondence of the Moose Jaw Community Centre Company from 1956 to 1970. Included is a historic timeline of the building of the Civic Centre, some schedules of events at the Civic Centre, a scrapbook of newspaper clippings and a file of newspaper clippings pertaining to business of the Company.

There are three rubber ink stamps belonging to the Moose Jaw Safety Council that have been removed to Artifact Box 1. There is material from the Saskatchewan Highway Safety Council, the Saskatchewan Safety Council Traffic Division, and the Canadian Highway Safety Council.

This fonds consists of minutes of meetings from 1964 to 1984, correspondence from 1961 1962 and from 1971 to 1984, 5 scrapbooks consisting of photographs, newspaper clippings and memorabilia covering club events from 1952 to 1976, 2 scrapbooks of letters and photographs from the Kinette’s adopted Korean daughter Kim Kye Pe, 1961 to 1967 and one scrapbook of newspaper clippings and programs covering the Kinsmen Band Festival, 1961 to 1964. There is an information kit on Ronald McDonald House in Saskatoon, and a report of a Christmas dinner catered to the XYZ Club in 1980.

Koznuk was an employee at Const. & Gen. Lab in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The book was housed in a black plastic pouch with the union’s emblem.
