The fonds consists of meeting minutes, photographs, real estate brochures, convention programs, news-clippings, etc. all pertaining to real estate in general. Most items are specific to the Battlefords Real Estate Board.

Les Guthrie fonds consists of 1360 items pertaining to news events from the region 1946 - 1969. During this period Les was the circulation manager in North Battleford and area for the Saskatoon Star Phoenix. The fonds is composed of the following series: Scrapbooks ; Photographs ; Newsprint ; Negatives.

This series includes information on curriculum, directorates, extension activities, committees, and student awards; some personal correspondence and addresses; and material relating to the SVAA.

This fonds contains the papers of two department heads, J.B. Mawdsley and A.R. Byers. It includes maps, charts, field notes, memoranda, reports, and photographs relating to various geological studies.

This fonds contains administrative records of the Department of Classics, including material relating to budgets, staffing and space needs and the appointment of the department head.

This fonds contains annual reports, departmental correspondence, and exams.

This fonds contains correspondence, class information, departmental minutes and examinations.

The collection contains two black and white photographs from Alfred Craig's personal collection. One features 34 boys standing/sitting in front of a building, (taken approx. 1934). The other photograph is a formal portrait of Laura Craig believed to have been taken during the 1940s.

The fonds contains 80 black and white photographs. Some of the images were collected by the Melfort Historical Committee from local individuals for their pioneer artifact displays. Other photographs were taken by either the Melfort Historical Committee or the Melfort Agricultural Society. All of the images were taken in Melfort, Saskatchewan and surrounding areas between 1906 and the 1950's. The photographs document a wide variety of subjects including: Melfort Agricultural Society events like farm camps, parades, exhibitions, and competitions. Other subjects include Melfort schools, businesses, hockey teams, and locations as well as farming activities and weddings.

This fonds contains materials relating to Poelzer’s life, her religious vocation, and her career as a professor in Educational Foundations at the University of Saskatchewan. It includes materials relating to research, particularly on women in society; feminist Christianity; Metis and First Nations women in northern Saskatchewan, the impact of development and the retention of native culture.

The fonds, related to the Shortgrass Writers Guild, the Southwest Saskatchewan Writers Project, the Swift Current Film Society, and the Swift Current Social Justice Coordinating Committee were accumulated by the source. No other information was captured at the time of transfer to the Swift Current Museum.

Fonds consists of material documenting the Uvajuq project. Fonds includes fine art (prints, sketches,and proofs) created by Elsie Anaginak Klengenberg of Holman, Northwest Territories, to illustrate the legend of Uvajuq. Fonds includes exhibition cards and photographs from curated exhibitions of the art in the May Hakongak Cultural Centre, Cambridge Bay, and in Japan. Fonds includes the original oral history report based on interviews with local Inuit elders, the book "Uvajuq: the origin of death", the documentary film "Uvajuq: the origin of death", an archaeological survey prepared for the government of the Northwest Territories, and other textual material related to the creation of Uvajuq Territorial Park.

Fonds consists of audio-visual recordings of oral history interviews conducted with Inuit elders regarding social history, archeology, and traditional Inuit knowledge of Kiluhiqtuq (Beechey Lake), Nunavut. Fonds includes transcripts of the interviews, photographs taken during the project, a map of the region used during planning the research, and two versions of the final report "Kiluhiqturmiut nunaa: Inuinnaqtun immersion and oral history project".

Fonds consists of materials created, accumulated, and used during the writing of "Inukkakanailak and other stories". Fonds includes transcripts of the original stories, edited draft versions of the stories, correspondence with an educational consultant, artwork used in the book, copies of the book, and administrative records.
