This fonds contains one scrapbook containing newspaper clippings pertaining to Canadian politics, religion, and artifacts and memorabilia of Canada’s centennial celebrations, and Expo 67 in Montreal.

Also contained are pamphlets from Expo 67, as well as a pin commemorating Canada’s centennial celebration.

This fonds includes a statement of accounts of the estate of Walter F. Thorn from October 26, 1967 to October 26, 1973.

This founds consist of three financial ledgers kept by the Moose Jaw Rotary Housing Corp. Ltd. from 1966 to 1990.

This fonds contains the Ina Grafton Gage Home Board of Directors’ meeting minutes from 1966-1978. These minutes also include reports and financial documents from the organization.

This fonds reflects the organization’s work to further develop the economic climate in Moose Jaw. It includes eleven series: Correspondence, Financial records, Committees, Quarterly and Annual Meetings, Tourism, Membership, Events and Courses, Facility, Water Associations, Canadian Chamber of Commerce and General Business. The type of records in this fonds include correspondence, minutes, briefs, receipts, financial statements and other reports. For the most part, these records were arranged by year and then by file name.

This fonds is comprised of three series. There are minutes of meetings, membership lists, reports, and reviews of Beta Sigma Phi from City Council and the Preceptor Beta XP 315 and Laureate Beta PL 193 chapters. There are some membership lists of other chapters in Moose Jaw as well as general directives and newsletters.

This fonds contains the diaries of Ruby Wilson from 1964 to 1970.

This fonds contains one partial draft and one complete draft of 'Tuxford of the Plains: Letters of George Stuart Tuxford (1888-1918)'. Note that one draft has the dates as 1888-1918, where the other has the dates as 1888-1913. Both drafts are typescripts and are heavily annotated with pen and pencil. This material is based on letters written by Tuxford with additional research conducted by Wilkes.

This collection consists of five scrapbooks of newspaper clippings on many various topics, including many miscellaneous birth, marriage and death announcements, predominantly from the Moose Jaw Times Herald Newspaper.

This fonds consists of the constitution, membership list, and certificate of charter of the Women’s Safety Council Moose Jaw. There are records of projects, correspondence and reports regarding poster contests, newspaper clippings and 2 photographs of their parade float. There is a photocopy of a group photograph. The original photograph was catalogued for the library archives. There is also a “Declaration of Responsibility” set out by the students of Queen Elizabeth School.

The articles are dated and arranged in subject categories. On the inside front cover is pasted a newspaper article which is a biography of Harold Davies.
