History file -- "Report of the Historical Committee of the Elrose Presbytery," Feb. 9 , 1932, outlining history of the Presbytery and its Charges. There is also a covering letter from Rev. R.B. Beavis concerning the Presbytery. The "History of Elrose Presbytery" is more detailed history and has an index.

This fonds contains correspondence, memoranda, and reports relating to all aspects of the administration and programs of the Department of History. Also included is correspondence and submissions to the Canadian Journal of History, an academic journal of non-Canadian history published by the department.

Manuscripts -- "Historical notes of Kamsack Presbytery", histories of the Pastoral Charges in the Presbytery; and "Historical Sketch of various pastoral charges in Kamsack Presbytery", which is a typed version of the manuscript histories but not an exact copy. The histories cover the period up to the late 1920's and early 1940's.

"Sketch History of Rosetown Presbytery, Part 1" (October 1975), 10 pages, by Rev. M. John Moor -- outline of the history of the administration of the Presbytery and its predecessor presbyteries, with particular mention of the clergy and lay people who have led the Presbytery's work. There are references to some significant resolutions passed by the presbyteries.
