Equivalent in scope to the Presidential or Vice-presidential records, this fonds specifically documents the administration of the Saskatoon campus from 1967-1974, and includes correspondence, reports, minutes, and memoranda. It also includes considerable documentation of the various administrative committees functioning during this period.

This collection contains correspondence, notes, reports, photos, maps, evidence and lists pertaining to Dr. Murray's activities on three royal commissions and as a judge of the Community Progress Competitions.

These records generally contain correspondence, minutes, reports, and memoranda. Included is material relating to the Colleges' native education programs, such as SUNTEP, ITEP, and NORTEP, as well as records documenting the Colleges' role in the provincial education system.

This fonds consists of materials used, created, and accumulated by Don Cochrane relating to his academic career. It includes University of Saskatchewan administrative and course materials as well as files relating to the organization and operation of the Breaking the Silence Conference and the Certificate in Ecological Education (CERTEE) program. There are also a number of files detailing international study tours organized by Don Cochrane through the College of Education.

This fonds also includes a file of class notes which were created by Lorne Dignean, a student in the College of Education at the University of Saskatchewan from 1950 to 1951. Mr. Dignean was a teacher for over 35 years at schools around Saskatoon. He taught for the most years at Clavet School, where he provided a scholarship in his family name in 1999. Lorne Dignean died in 2018.

This fonds contains files regarding curriculum and courses, equipment and resources, annual reports and other administrative duties. Also included is material relating to concerts, recitals, guest artists and lecturers, and workshops sponsored by the department. A separate accession contains correspondence, memoranda, and specifications pertaining to the department's move to the Education Building (1974-1976).

This fonds is divided into four accessions. The first consists of the departmental correspondence and reports. The majority of this accession deals with the organization and production of Summer Tours to small centres in Saskatchewan and Manitoba (1948-1950). The second accession includes a calender of performances (1946-1969), scripts and prompt books. The third accession includes class lists, lecture notes, annual reports (1955-1975), Greystone Theatre records and files relating to Drama Department productions (1947-1971). Production files contain programs, photos, reviews, box office receipts, correspondence, cast lists etc. The fourth accession contains lecture notes, essays, and writings of Emrys Jones, the first head of the department.
