The fonds contains twelve reprinted black and white photographs with matching negatives from Eleanor Reeder and her brother Clarance McAusland's personal collections. The original photographs date from the 1920's to the 1960's. The photographs were taken Melfort, Saskatchewan and in Okotoks, Alberta. They include images of Melfort View S.D. #121, a Girls Farm Camp, farming activities, grain elevators, and the Melfort Post Office.
The Collection contains black and white photographs from Ruth Marshall's private collection. All of the photographs are of Melfort businesses and streets including the water tower, train station, and Sask-Tel building.
The fonds contain black and white photographs from Sandra Fedosa's private collection. They include images of the Ontario Ladies College, Melfort Hotel, Broadway School, Flett Springs Post Office, as well as Melfort's Sports Day, train station, and pioneers.
The fonds contains a set of nine black and white photographs dating from approximentally 1929. The set belonged to Dorothy Snelling's deceased grandmother and they were part of her personal collection. The photographs were taken from the top of the Melfort Water Tower. When placed beside one another they provide a 360 degree view of the Melfort town site. One photograph is missing from the set.
The fonds contains black and white photographs from Stoney Creek S.D. #332. The photographs date from the 1950's to 1964. They include images of Stoney Creek school students and teachers and a cake from the district's 60th anniversary.
