Moose Jaw Souvenir Book collection
This collection consists of souvenir books and pamphlets about Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. This material contains facts and figures about Moose Jaw as well as photographs and illustrations of the city. They were produced from 1903-1929 and many of the booklets were issued by the Moose Jaw Board of Trade. This material was collected by the Moose Jaw Public Library in their vertical subject files.

This is Doug McGillivray’s “Memory Lane” sports collection. It is a compilation of newspaper and magazine clippings of sporting events from 1904-1993. The sporting events include: horse racing, golf, collegiate sports, boxing, wrestling, soccer, ladies and men’s softball, Western Hockey Association (W.H.A.) hockey, track and field, basketball, old-timer hockey and National Hockey League (N.H.L.) hockey. The clippings are mounted on coloured bristol board.

The Collegiate Outlook collection
This collection contains 26 copies of The Collegiate Outlook from 1906-1914. The Collegiate Outlook was a school magazine published from November to March by the Literary Society of the Moose Jaw High School. It contains essays and jokes written by students, as well as meeting minutes of the Literary Society. These issues were mailed to Mrs. Roy E. Campbell in Regina, although the name Beatrice Watson is signed on many copies of the magazine. The editors of the volumes are: Vol. 3 - Editor: A. W Keith, Vol. 4 – Editor-in-chief: R. J. Dickson, Vol. 5 – Editor-in-chief: G. B. Stillwell, Vol. 6 – Editor-in-chief: G. B. Stillwell, Vol. 7 – Editor-in-chief: A. H. Gibbard, Vol. 8 – Editor-in-chief: G. B. This collection contains letters written by Anna Charlotte Orr to her husband Albert Norman Collard before and after they were married. It also contains a family tree and other genealogical research compiled by Norman Collard. Though the information is part of a larger history of the Collard family, the records contained pertain mainly to Anna Charlotte Orr who was from Moose Jaw.

This collection contains two copies of the promotional booklet Moose Jaw: The Buckle of the Greatest Wheat Belt in the World. It was published in 1913 by Rice’s Studio, with Lewis Rice as publisher. It includes facts and figures about Moose Jaw as well as photographs and illustrations of the town. Many of the photographs were taken by Rice. Both booklets bear a stamp from the Moose Jaw Board of Trade.

Dorothy May Miller scrapbook collection
This collection contains two scrapbooks created by Dorothy May Miller. The scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings about Moose Jaw from the Moose Jaw Times Herald. The topics covered include: Moose Jaw Old Timers’ Reunions, Royal family, historical articles and pictures of Saskatchewan, among others.

This collection contains programs from the Moose Jaw Festival of Music and Dance. It contains some programs prior to the addition of dance to the festival, but the majority of the material is from after the dance portion of the competition was added.

King Edward School scrapbook collection
This collection contains one oversize scrapbook mailed to King Edward School in 1951. The scrapbook was sent from St. Edmund’s School, Mansfield Woodhouse, Mansfield, Nottingham, Wales. The scrapbook was sent in response to King Edward School sending a scrapbook to St. Edmund’s School. The scrapbook includes pictures, drawings and information about the town and school.

This collection consists of one series containing a scrapbook kept by Garth Smith but no certain date is established, except that the newspaper clippings kept may have been from around the time of the Province's Golden Jubilee in 1955.
