Scope and content
Arbos March-April 1968, p. 19; "Thanks to the co-operation of the Saskatchewan Government Telephones and teacher Ruth Puschelberg, 12-year-old Sandy Morrison of Moose Jaw who is deaf can attend regular classes. Recently the National Research Council has developed a transistorized amplifier for Sandy. It is built to his specifications with low and high frequency range. This development has given Sandy much more freedom of movement and he can now sit anywhere in the room and join other students for group work."
