This is part of a series of photos/postcards that display the misspelled "Wolsley". Others in the series carry the "Velox" stamp box, putting the publishing date at 1946-48. Scene is of Wolseley's Front Street businesses ca. 1946 looking east on Canada’s #1 Highway. From left are: Fort’s Garage and Lorne Sexsmith’s Hardware and Grocery. In the next block signs for Uneeda Lunch and McBride’s Grocers are seen, as well as the gas pumps of Folbar’s Garage.

Town's name misspelled "Wolsley" with Velox stamp box. There are six known scenes: Telephone Exchange; Bathing Beach; No. 1 Highway-Main Street; War Memorial; Swinging Bridge, and Skating Rink. Date is between 1933 (building of the Skating Rink) and 1947 (building of the hospital).
