The photograph was in a plastic sleeve with the label "Transplanting conifers - Dibbling in 2 year old seedlings 1910". Women from Indian Head's "Germantown" were hired as day workers during the Tree Nursery's busy seasons (harvest, field transplanting and shipping). Norman Ross was the Tree Nursery (Forestry Farm) superintendent.
