This picture was taken at the third annual sports day at Duck Lake, July 13, 1891. W.B.Cameron, then at the Indian Agency is standing beside his velocipede. Also this picture is pasted on a piece of cardboard.
This picture was taken at the third, annual sports day at Duck Lake, July 13, 1891. W.B. Cameron, then at the Indian Agency on the high wheeled velocipede. Mr. Cameron was the author of "Blood Red the Sun". Also the picture is pasted on a piece of cardboard.
Third Annual Class Reunion - Group Photo
On back of photo: "The third annual class reunion celebration was held on May 13-14 with the classes of 1930 and 1945 honored guests. Each year at convocation time the University and Alumni Association jointly sponsor the reunions of the classes on their 10th and 25th anniversary. Alumni attended from as far distant as Quebec and British Columbia. The members of the classes were guests of the University on Convocation day and attended convocation in the morning, tea in the afternoon, and the Convocation banquet and ball in the evening. On Saturday the group toured the Memorial Union Building in the morning, had a class photograph taken, and then held a class reunion luncheon in the dining room of Saskatchewan Hall. Shown below in the reunion photo taken on the steps of Qu'appelle Hall are:
