Ina Grafton Gage Home
The collection contains two scanned copies of black and white photographs owned by Ines Claggett, as well as five original black and white photographs. All photographs were originally taken between [ca. 1930] and [195-]. The photographs depict group portraits of the "Southside Circle" women's group of the Melfort United Church, young students and teachers and the Salvation Army Building, a curling team, and the former Melfort golf club house - which was originally run by Mr. and Mrs. Dick Harms.

Contents are primarily a minister's register, with records of baptisms and marriages performed at: Dauphin, Keld, Gonor, Sifton, Lanuke, and Winnipeg (Manitoba); Musidora, Two Hills, Myrnam, Innisfree, Naughton Glen, Irma, Andrew, Wattsford, Calgary (Alberta); as well as Canora, Moose Jaw, Young, Wakaw, Prince Albert, Kamsack, Glen Elder, Gorlitz, Norquay, Preeceville, Rhein, Hawarden, Hyas, Kelvington, Fort San, Smiley, Biggar (Saskatchewan) and various other locations.

Contents include: minutes (1925-1956); correspondence; treasurer’s accounts; statistics; files relating to education and students; record of candidates for ministry; and pastoral relations correspondence; as well as history documents, “Historical Notes of Kamsack Presbytery” and “Historical sketch of various pastoral charges in Kamsack Presbytery” (covering up to late 1920s and early 1940s).

Local reports and newsletters collection
This collection consists of annual reports created by more than 220 pastoral charges that existed within the boundaries of the United Church of Canada Saskatchewan Conference, from the late-1960s through 2018, and Living Skies Regional Council, from 2019 through 2021. Some church newsletters, financial statements, histories and associated documents are also included.
The collection contains one photocopy of a black and white photograph. Taken in 1930, the image is a formal group portrait of the Melfort United Church's young people's group, "The Alerts," of which Mabel Braaten was a member.
