There are membership lists, ledger, bank book, minutes of meetings, correspondence, newsletters, shipping orders and schedules, and promotional material of the Moose Jaw Film Council during the 1950's and 1960's. Minutes and reports of the Southern Saskatchewan Federation of Film Councils during the 1960's, and constitution, bylaws, and conference report of the Film Council of Saskatchewan, 1948.

This fonds contains the original typescript of ‘Moose Jaw City Transit: An Alternative Route: A Private Study’. This study was completed in 1981by a local citizen and completed independently from the study conducted by IBI Group Consultants commissioned by City Council. It conducts a review of previous studies, financial information, and relevant literature. The study provides recommendations for the improvement of the Moose Jaw transit system. There is no author printed on the report.
This fonds contains genealogical information regarding the descendants of Valentine Ridley and Elizabeth Butler, Robert McCartney and Sarah Broadfoot, Samuel Getty and Catherine Kinney, and John Rothwell and Elizabeth Fennell. Grant G. Ridley undertook the research and compilation of genealogical information pertaining to his ancestors. This work had originally been started by his grandmother Isabella Rathwell (née Getty). He completed his work in April 2014.
This fonds contains one scrapbook containing newspaper clippings regarding weddings, births, and death notices for several Saskatchewan municipalities. Clippings were gathered by Minnie Clemenshaw, an early pioneer to the Archydal area. Scrapbook edited by Beverly Wilson, grand-daughter-in-law of homesteader John Wilson.
