Contents include: minutes, membership rolls, reports, histories, correspondence, financial records, and scrapbooks. Among the financial and meeting records are some that pre-date Union, likely originating from an earlier W.M.S. group.

The fonds consists of records created by Yorkton Presbyterial U.C.W., its members, treasurers, circles and committees, as well as those of its predecessors: Yorkton-Abernethy [or Abernethy-Yorkton] Presbyterial of the W.A. (Woman's Association); and Yorkton, Abernethy, Abernethy-Yorkton and Kamsack Presbyterials of the United Church W.M.S. (Woman's Missionary Society).

Contents include: minutes, reports, membership lists; programs, bulletins, [financial] ledgers, and scrapbooks.

The fonds consists of 3 church registers of marriages, baptisms, and burials, created by Rev. Thompson, during his time as a minister in Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Contents include records of marriages (1948-1991), baptisms (1948-1955), and burials (1948-1968), from various locations, including: Oshawa and Thunder Bay, Ontario; Neepawa, Manitoba; Kennedy, Langbank, Windhurst, Wetwood, Landsdowne, Kisby, Wawota, Melfort, Kinistino, Cranmer, Lumsden, Balgonie, Saskatoon, Melville, and Regina, Saskatchewan. There is also a scrapbook (1949-1961) also relating to Rev. Thompson.

Minutes, photographs, and scrapbook; as well as an incomplete set publications "The Concentrates" and "Missinipe Achimowin: Churchill River Information."

This scrapbook, “College Days,” contains materials collected by Donna during the years she attended university. Much of the material relates to student events, including initiation; banquets (“The New Girls’ Banquet given in honour of The Old Girls”); dances sponsored by Pente Kai Deka, Arts and Science, the Engineering Society, and the Literary Society. It also include various clippings about University faculty and students; some material relating to student elections (Sexton, Culliton, Mackenzie); the 1927 program for Varsity Follies; the 1926 commemoration service on November 11; class timetables, etc. Also included are original ink drawings, of a couple dancing, and of “Study Hour at Varsity,” as well as photographs of Donna and classmates “Mac” [Mary McLeary], Eleanor Knox, Winona Yager, and Hazel [?], as well as a group known as the “Swift Current gang.” Also included are samples of University stationery, a letter, song lyrics and college yells, various ads, including one for the Halfway House, etc.

Collection consists of 13 files of scrap book pages containing indexed clippings of Saskatoon Star Phoenix newspaper articles and pictures relating to local events, buildings, locations, industry and business, etc., usually with an historical or heritage theme.

Fonds consists of personal and professional papers created by Margaret Messer. Arranged in six series (Education, General, Teaching, Organizations, Publications, and Scrapbooks) the records document her activities as a teacher, art educator, writer, and illustrator, as well as her own education and training and her involvement with several professional groups. A large part of the collection contains information on art education programs at Balfour Technical School (1945-1974) and at the University of Saskatchewan, Regina Campus (ca. 1966-1984) where she was a significant influence on program development. Of particular note is the series of publications which includes articles and books written or illustrated by Messer (1946-1973). Publications of the Saskatchewan Society for Education through Art (SSEA) are found in the Organizations series, along with papers, correspondence, conference materials, minutes, newsletters, and other records pertaining to her involvement with the SSEA (1961-1985), the Canadian Society for Education through Art (1962-1984), the Saskatchewan Arts Board (1947-1970), and others. General Files (1927-1986), containing biographical information, art commissions, personal and professional correspondence, curriculum materials, travel logs, drawings by Messer, and memorabilia, provide additional insight into her life and career.

Fonds consists of a scrapbook containing photographs, newspaper clippings, invitations, cards, correspondence, and souvenirs. The album documents Edna Korpan's nursing school years including acceptance to the school, class work, nursing balls and graduation, the Royal Visit, classmates, physicians, staff and patients. Album also includes items from the years after Edna Korpan's graduation, including her employment cards with the Regina General Hospital, wedding invitations, clippings of marriages and deaths, photographs of Nick Korpan, photographs of the 1963 nursing alumnae gathering, and souvenirs and photographs of the 1968 Canadian Nurses' Association conference and alumnae gathering.
