She also wrote a brief history of the assignment as well as the members of her group, some teachers and a few memories of Moose Jaw. This is dated 1985.

The document was produced by the Canadian Pacific Railway company’s western division and was owned by William George Wood. ‘Thank you’ is inscribed in the left had corner of the document. The document was approved by the Brotherhood of the Railway Trainmen.

It includes tax records, financial reports, grant applications, dissolution records, and meeting minutes. It also consists of published works collected by the organization as well as scrapbooks created by the organization.
This fonds contains one ledger belonging to A. W. Irwin. This ledger contains the accounts of his insurance and real estate business from 1910-1911. It includes his client lists and account information. Irwin sold various kinds of insurance, such as life and fire insurance, as well as real estate. He also offered mortgages and loans. The ledger also includes the personal account of Irwin.

The organization received a grant to help restore some of the tombstones in the cemetery and they collected information about the individuals buried there.
