The fonds consist of the video recordings of the museum society dating from 1988. The material has been maintained in its original order. Videos are of various museum events, exhibitions, interviews with the museum board, museum staff, local elders, the Cape Dorset print sale and print making demonstration.

The fonds consists of 175 black and white photographs taken by Lorne Smith during his period of employment in Pond Inlet as a teacher with the Government of the NWT (now Nunavut). Documented are scenes of community life, school activities in the classrooms and outside, Christmas events and spring games. Of particular interest are the photographs of visit of Governor General Roland Michener to Pond Inlet, portraits of elders, Boy Scouts and Girl Guide groups.

The fonds consist of twelve (13) colour prints taken by Sheila Burnford. The images include views of Inuit camp life and travel on the sea ice in spring time (May - June).

This fonds contains the weekly newspaper on microfilm from 1905 to present, black and white photographs taken by the Humboldt Journal staff that were published in the newspaper of Humboldt and surrounding area. It also includes promotional material and business material printed by the commercial printing side of the Journal operations

The fonds contains both color and black and white photographs as well as color slides. All of the images are of events and locations in Melfort, Saskatchewan. The images all belonged to William McCosh's personal collection.
